Nature of the content
All content on this site is business information and education. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here creates a professional-client relationship. Document kits are professionally drafted business documents. For legal review, consult independent counsel.
Personal information we collect
The contact form collects the name, email address and message you choose to give us. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. We do not sell it, rent it, or release it for advertising, and we ask for nothing beyond what a reply requires.
Messages are delivered through FormSubmit, a relay service operated outside Québec, before reaching our mailbox. Sending the form means accepting that transfer. If you would rather your message did not leave the province by that route, write to us directly at info@onakeio.ca.
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as the request and our record-keeping obligations require, and destroy it afterwards.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
Questions about this notice, requests to see or correct your information, and complaints can be addressed to the person below. We answer within 30 days.
